I think you should go for the SRM  for B.Tech biomedical or biotechnology or CSBS as it is well reputated college and it has the best lab facilities.

Yes, students are generally permitted to carry and use mobile phones in the hostels at NIT Trichy. However, there are restrictions on their use within the academic zone (classrooms). The institute also provides superfast Wi-Fi in all hostel zones.
