You will get job in private school easily. After completing a degree in B.Ed in Commerce, the students open a GATE of multiple opportunities in the field of teaching and learning. Yes, you can get it. If you have done B.Com and B.Ed you may become a teacher but you go for government job. For this, you have to qualify state level TET exam or CTET exam first. Hope it helps.

If you want to have a career in teaching after M.Com, then you can do B.Ed. or BTC course otherwise, your qualification is sufficient in teaching field and you can teach (private) to B.Com student. Hope it helps.

Hello!
For all purposes, both the degrees are same. You can go for a job with this qualification or You can go for higher studies with this course. Even government jobs also, there is no difference. Hope it helps.
