To work as a government teacher, you must hold a B.Ed degree and pass the HTET or CTET exam. If you want to teach computer applications at a school, you can do BCA first and then B. Ed but completing so after graduation will only allow you to teach lower courses; if you want to teach higher classes, you should complete a postgraduate degree in the same field before enrolling in B.Ed. LPU offers a two-year B.Ed degree with a variety of benefits, including:
Permanent tie-ups with reputed schools
Teacher eligibility Test Inputs
Curriculum aligned with needs of schools
Interactive pedagogues
E-learning
Experiential learning
Digital library

If you aspire to become a lecturer or Asst Professor in a college/university, you need to complete your post-graduation and secure a minimum of 55% of marks or equivalent grade as it is the minimum eligibility for pursuing a Ph.D. as per UGC guidelines. Being LPU alumni, I can tell you that if you pursue Ph.D. from LPU, you may be selected as assistant professor. , after giving interview related to it. For more detail you can check the LPU website.
