Hello,
To become eligible for the post of Assistant Professor, firstly you have to qualify the exam like UGC NET. The UGC NET Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency to select the serving candidates for lectureship (Assistant Professor) or awarding Junior Research Fellowship. The minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for UGC NET Exam is having a complete Masters degree with 55% aggregate marks. As you got 74% in your master's degree, you meet the required eligibility criteria for the exam.

In order to encourage engineering graduates to pursue Ph.D. CSIR NET is being extended to engineering students by introducing a sixth paper in engineering sciences which will be common to all areas of engineering disciplines from December, 2012. The eligibility criteria (educational qualification) for writing the test will B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent in engineering with at least 55% marks for general/OBC and 50% marks for SC/ST, Physically and visually handicapped candidates. Students in the 4th year of the programme will also be eligible to apply. You are advised to clear CSIR NET exam and do Ph.D. to start teaching career. Thank you.

Yes, The Question Papers are the same for JRF and Assistant Professor in UGC NET Exam. UGC NET Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency for selecting the deserving candidates for lectureship or awarding Junior Research Fellowship. This exam is organised for total 81 subjects. For each subject, the Paper is divided into two parts I. e. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 is common for all the subjects whereas Paper 2 is based on the subject that you choose. Yes, the minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for the UGC NET Exam is having a master's degree with 55% aggregate marks. The candidates who belong from the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Transgenders) will get the relaxations in the required percentage for the NET Exam.
There is no age limit to appear in NET Exam for Lectureship but if you are going to apply for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) then the maximum age limit is 30 years. I hope it helps.

Hello,
For TGT, any training as BTC/B.Ed is required or any other training after that you are eligible for TGT exam. For PGT I think no B.Ed is required. For that, you need Master's degree in specific subject. All the Best. Thanks.
