Similarly, state level TET examinations are held for recruitment of Government Teachers in schools funded, aided and run by the state government. Minimum Qualifications for becoming Teacher for Classes I-V (Primary Stage).

Yes, you should take B.Sc and B.Ed courses combined after Class 12th Science to become a Science teacher. You are eligible to become a teacher in government school, for that you need to do 1 year B.Ed programme from any recognized university and after that you have to apply for TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) entrance exam. Here's the eligibility criteria for TET exam
Candidate needs to be graduate in any stream. Minimum 50% of marks needed in order to get admission. In some institutes/universities admissions took place on basis of written test. After completing B.Ed course you need to qualify the TET entrance examination in order
