Hello, To become a lecturer in college or institutes you have to clear the UGC NET Exam. B.Ed is for teachers level. The UGC NET Exam is for selecting the candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and for awarding Junior Research Fellowship. The National Testing Agency conducts this exam for all the postgraduates who wants to pursue their career in research and teaching fields. The UGC NET Exam is for all those aspirants who want to become lecturer or researcher after pursuing the Masters'. If you want to become a lecturer, then it is compulsory to pursue Masters. To appear in UGC NET Exam, you must secure at least 55% aggregate marks in postgraduation. The difficulty level of the exam is quite high, but if you prepare with the best study material & with a proper study plan then it will be easy to qualify it. The exam is conducted twice a year.
