Hello,
From December 2018, NTA became the exam conducting authority. NTA done some of the changes in the exam pattern and revised the syllabus also. As per your qualification you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET exam. The minimum qualification criteria to appear in the UGC NET exam is a candidate must qualify or qualifying their Master's degree. The validity of the UGC NET certificate is for 3 years. So, if you clear you're Masters within this period then you can enroll yourself in the Research programme from National Universities. For Assistant Professor, first you have to complete your M.Com than only you will be become eligible

Yes, it is possible to get admission in B.Ed without D.Ed as the education qualification needed for B.Ed is to pass degree in any subject with at least percentage mentioned as per the Institute or college you want to pursue from. So D.Ed is not required to do B.Ed. And most probably you would definitely have a degree as you are a lecturer, so it is very easy for you to do B.Ed. There are certain institutes in every district for the teachers and lecturers to do D.Ed B.Ed. M.Ed as per their convenience.
