Hello Samiksha, According to the norms of the NTA you are eligible to appear in the UGC NET but not with the HRM-55. There is a rule to choose the subject code. Candidate can apply in the subject in which they have completed their Masters or with the related subject. As per the given details you are eligible for Commerce as your Masters are done from the commerce stream. I am glad that you are sure about which stream you have to make your career. Sometimes, it becomes difficult for students to choose the stream. NTA conducts the UGC NET exam twice in a year generally in the month of June and December. June 2019 will be going to be conducted from 20-28 June excluding the Saturday and Sunday.
