Dear Himani,
You can take up Private Pilot Licence provided you intend to take it up for the sake of hobby only as PPL will not help you to become a professional pilot.

I believe it should work because, "Deemed University" is a status of autonomy granted to high performing institutes and departments of various universities in India. It is granted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. However, many deemed universities are allowed to award degrees under their own name.

GTA institute better in various parameters. Faculties are good and give personal attention. There are 40-50 students in a batch so it's easy to ask and clear any doubt and faculty can also focus in a better way. Administration's cooperation is exemplary.
