Hi Nishi,
I would advise you to pursue your Ph.D from USA. Ph.D program requires you to teach as well and this way you can earn experience and settle there. With current norms, to get a job in USA is difficult.

NET is valid for lifetime lectureship. NET JRF is valid for two years.

If you want to become a primary teacher in Uttar Pradesh, the best option is to go for D.Ed. You can go for it immediately. Also, remember that NTT and PTT are not the required qualification to become a primary teacher in UP.

Most community colleges require teachers to have a Master's degree or at least graduate study in the subject to be taught. Certification as a community college teacher is not required by state law, but it is helpful for those who do not have teaching experience.

To pursue for lectureship you have to give UGC NET exam for lectureship and then you can join as an lecturer after completion of training. If you clear the exam then they will consider you for training and then you will reputed in govt universities as an assistant lecturer. You can also try in private colleges as they can consider your profile for lecturer in basis of M.Sc.

If you want to pursue your career as a lecturer, then I would suggest you to focus on UGC NET. You should prepare for the exam with full concentration.
