For B.Ed Program, admission is based on graduation score or any entrance test score. If you want to apply for it then you should have minimum 50% in graduation.

The eligibility for the programme is graduation from any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. Admission procedure is centralized and is conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Maharashtra.

As per research there is no cut off specified by the college for B.Ed course the minimum eligibility is graduation require so i think that admission will be given as per the merit score in graduation so you can apply for it as the seats are of larger number you can get a chance for admission easily.
