Botany Lecturer salary in India with less than 1 year of experience to 12 years ranges from INR 0.3 Lacs to INR 16.9 Lacs with an average annual salary of INR 5.3 Lacs based on 185 latest salaries. To become a botany professor, you need to follow up with graduation in Biological Sciences with Honours (on a specialised subject-Botany), Microbiology, Biochemistry, Medical Sciences-Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery MBBS etc. Look for several entrance tests for a Doctor of Philosophy in your specialisation and join any excellent research groups under an esteemed professor who can guide you on your merit. I hope this will help you.
