For getting a job in any university first you need to clear UGC-NET exam to get admission in any higher institute then you need to get a PhD degree (not mandatory if NET already cleared).

Yes, you are eligible for TGT (especially in Social Science or Commerce, depending on your subjects in B.Ed and B.Com).

You are not eligible for PGT unless you get a post-graduate degree in the subject you want to teach (e.g., M.Com for PGT Commerce).

If you have completed PG in Zoology Then you should prepare for the Life Sciences ( subject code is 77 )

And life Sciences covers Zoology, Biochemistry and Microbiology related topics

Aspirants should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate to apply for M.Ed. Besides, only Indian citizens are eligible for admission to professional courses.

Guru Dronacharya College of Education (Bhuna, Haryana) does not offer an M.Ed. online. Its offline and a 2 year course.

with a seat intake of 50 and its tuition fees is Rs. 26,400 per year

Unfortunately, if you want admission in a regular B.Ed college near Dombivli, you must clear the MAH? B.Ed CET. There is no CET? exempt option available for regular B.Ed in Maharashtra for Indian residents. If you'd consider distance education programs like IGNOU or YCMOU, those may skip CET but offer limited state recognition.
