A simple way to understand the difference between these exams are :
MAH B.Ed CET is the common entrance test for general B.Ed courses in Maharashtra. You can take it if you want admission in regular B.Ed programs, usually available in Marathi, Hindi, or English.
MAH B.Ed (General & Special) CET is for candidates interested in both general education and special education (teaching kids with disabilities). So, if you want to work in special needs schools or inclusive education, this is the exam to consider.
B.Ed ELCT CET is an additional test for those who want to study B.Ed in English medium colleges. If you prefer English as your teaching

Your first language being Telugu and studying in English medium is not a problem for CTET. What matters is your educational qualification. To be eligible, you must have completed or be pursuing a D.El.Ed or B.Ed course.
Nursing (ANM, GNM, or BSc Nursing) alone doesn't make you eligible, as CTET is meant for teaching roles and requires a recognised teacher training qualification. You can apply once you have that.

The most important source for obtaining MH CET B.Ed free mock tests is Maharashtra CET Portal. True representation of difficulty level of final exam and it's pattern is shown on Maharashtra CET Portal. Other sources for free mock tests are EduRev (free test series), Toppersexam (online free mock tests), GoPract (Subject wise free mock tests) and TCYonline (Free practice sets).
