No, NTT primarily focuses on general nursery education. NTT Diploma syllabus includes different topics related to early childhood care and education including child psychology, pedagogical skills, classroom management, and curriculum planning. but you can take an additional course in special education.

No, the R.V. Teachers Training Institution doesn't provide an online Diploma in Education (D.Ed.). They offer a two-year, full-time, on-campus D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) program. As you know, D.Ed is more of a practical course, so it makes almost no sense to complete it in distance education.
