No, you cannot pursue a B.Ed through distance model/ODL without an NCTE-approved degree. As per NCTE (National Council for teacher education) guidelines, candidates must have a recognised teaching-related qualification or teaching experience to enroll in a distance B.Ed program. However, you can purse a regular B.Ed after completing a bachelor's degree (BA, B.Sc, B.Com) with at least 50% marks from recognised university.
