Here, I feel loke you want to be a teacher in school. So B.Ed and D.L.Ed courses are for Higher secondary level school and primary level school. Hence, D.EL.ED can be done just after 12+ and yeas you can do it anytime even after your M.SC/NET/SLET/Ph.D anytime. The minimum qualification is 12+ and the marks and fee depends upon the institution. Thereafter for B.Ed, you have to pass 12+3 level/B.Sc.
To put it in a nutshell;
D.L.Ed will give you a qualification to sit for primary school teacher recruitment test (TET).
B.Ed will give you a qualification to sit for the Higher Secondary Teacher recruitment test (SSC).

Yes, this makes you eligible for PGT commerce subjects in every recruitment for PGT. They only mention B.Ed and not the teaching subjects you have taken, you had maths so there is no problem with it. Go ahead and apply.

Yes, you can do so. Since 2013, UGC has approved two degrees simultaneously, one preferably a distance education and other regular one. In your case, B.Sc from SOL and D.Ed are allowed and both will be a valid degree in same time frame.

During interviews, your current knowledge of the subject you are going to teach will matter more than your class 12th marks. Make it your strong point and let the impact of fewer marks in 12th be covered by you. So prepare well all the best.

Minimum 50% for general and 45% for reserved category are the minimum qualifying marks for admission into B.Ed, so this makes you eligible for the course. Still some colleges accept 50 % minimum so check for the eligibility before applying.

For junior college teacher i.e. to teach up to 10+2 you need to have a post graduate degree and M.Ed and for lecturer (the term lecturer is used only for those teaching at graduate level) you do not need to have B.Ed or M.Ed. You need to either qualify SET or NET of UGC. SET is conducted by a state university authorised by UGC and NET by CBSE on behalf of UGC.
