It's very heartening to see girl from 10th having dreams in eyes. Gr8 indeed. It's actually very simple. You need to pass 12th with good marks to enable admission in good college in BA English. Then you do MA, then NET then get job and register for PhD.

Yes, of course. Many universities recruit people with such professional profile. The prestigious ones may ask for a PhD too but most of them would ask for Masters. You can even apply to universities mentioning that you're in your PhD course. They also refer such candidates. All the best.

Yes, you can do your B.Ed if you want to, in English subject.
Just look for the exam when it is held, match your all qualifications and if eligible, then apply for it.
