Yes, the B.Ed at Alpha College of Education is NCTE approved. And no,  a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Alpha College of Education is not equivalent to Odisha University, as Odisha university is a government university thus the value of a certificate is a lot more than of private.

TS EAMCET Cut Off for admissions into B.Tech course of Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women varies between 10000 to 20000 ranks depending upon the availability of the branch and category. The cutoff however may be a little higher for highly preferential branches such as CSE and ECE whereas the cutoff may be slightly low for other branches. The specific breakpoint perhaps fluctuates annually depending on the inflow of students and the number of openings for a given course.

To get admission in the B.ed general category candidates must have 45% in graduation ( B A/B SC/ B COM) or 45% in post-graduation ( M A/ M SC/ M COM) and SC/ST candidates must have 45% in graduation or post-graduation. So if you don't have 50 % in graduation then you should do Post graduation with 45%.
