Yes, TUB Germany has mentioned that Indian students must submit an APS Certificate. Indian students thinking to apply to TUB Germany must meet all the entry requirements such as for admission to the Bachelor's degree, one should submit a university entrance qualification certificate. For this, students can submit secondary school final transcripts and school-leaving certificate.
On the other hand, for admission to PG degree, the applicants must have a Bachelor's degree. Students applying to the German degree programme must submit a German language proficiency certificate. Otherwise for English taught programs, an English language

To apply to Bachelor's courses, the applicants have to apply through the online portal on the uni-assist website. Additionally, do submit the documents like proof of university entrance qualification, proof of German language skills, and passport, etc. For Master's degree too, the applicants are first required to apply via uni-assist. An APS Certificate is also required for studies.
