Technical University of Berlin acceptance rate is around 25% - 52%. The acceptance rate justifies that the university is quite competitive during admission. The competition to get into the course as per the choice depends on the number of applicants. Higher the number of applicants, lower will be the acceptance rate. The recent data on the number of international students entering the university has shown an upward trend. In Winter 2024/25, 10,000+ foreign nationals were enrolled. A few of the things that the applicants have to keep in mind to take admission to this university are:

Getting into TU Berlin MSc in CS absolutely depends on academic excellence, good IELTS / TOEFL score, work experience, letter of recommendations, letter of motivation. An added advantage could be if students have published papers as this could increase the chances of getting admission to this university by 100%. An advice is to write a good Letter of Motivation and get two great Letter of Recommendations. Finally, if students want to pursue MSc in CS, then make sure to have good programming skills in at least one object oriented programming language (Preferably Python) and good Mathematics knowledge.

The duration of TU Berlin is 4 semesters. The language of instruction of this course is German. In this course, students are going to learn on how to solve technical, technological, and operational problems in the Brewing and Beverage industry and Supply industry. Note that an industry internship is a compulsory part of the Brewing and Beverage Technology master's course. The internship must at least last 10 weeks. For admission to the master's courses of TU Berlin, the applicants can submit IELTS score. Other equivalent test scores that are accepted are TOEFL / PTE. The minimum scores required in IELTS are given below:

Three of these universities are considered to the best in the entire country, for different reasons and specializations. According to Shiksha website, TU Munich has been graded A+, which is better than the rest of the universities in comparison, although if a student is looking for a safe university with no or highly affordable tuition costs, TU Berlin and TU Delft are better choices.

The TU Berlin University is public university in Berlin, Germany. It is centrally located in district of Charlottenburg in heart of City West. The university is spread across various locations in city, which spans together around an area of 604000 sqm. One of largest technical universities in Germany, in Winter semester 2024 - 25, over 10000 foreign nationals were enrolled at TU Berlin.

The Technical University of Berlin offers over 150 programs. It is one of the largest, internationally renowned technical universities in Germany. Around 35,000 students study at this university. Moreover, the range of programs offered at this university is unique and ranges from Natural Sciences and Technology, Social Sciences, Economics and Management, Planning Sciences, etc. TU Berlin is the only university in the capital region offering Engineering subjects. Moreover, there is no tuition fee at TU Berlin (exception to some PG programs).

Though the present name of TU Berlin was established in 1946, but its history goes past institutions such as the Mining Academy, the Building Academy, and the Vocational Academy that were founded in 1770, 1779, and 1821 respectively. In the year 1879, the latter two united to form the Royal Technical College and were joined later by the Mining Academy. Finally, in 1946, the former Technical College Berlin – Charlottenburg in the British Military Sector of Berlin was re-established as the Technical University of Berlin.

For the master’s courses, Uni-Assist processes the TU Berlin application in 4-5 weeks. For the same reason, the university recommends students to submit the application as early as possible. Also, make sure that the application documents are complete and personal data are correct. Also, note that Uni-Assist charges handling fees for the processing and evaluation of the application.
