Prof. Susumu Kitagawa recently won the Nobel in the field of Chemistry. He is associated with TU Munich since 2018 through an honorary doctorate. He is currenty working as the Director of the Institute for Integrated Cell-Material Sciences at Kyoto University in Japan. As per Shiksha popularity ranking, TUM ranks #1 in Germany and #25 in the world. Other popular ranking body says, the university rank under #50. Also, the tuition fees is around 20L and 40L for PG and UG programs which is low compared to other universities. The university is worthy for Indians.
