The Freising campus is home to the TUM School of Life Sciences campus founded in 2000 & is located as part of the modern Weihenstephan campus. The institute is known for its research in on ecosystem, animal & human health & healthy & sustainable food.
Graduates of the TUM Freising campus go through a rigorous academic process & have very good career prospects, post-successful completion of their studies.

The TUM Garching campus is the research-hub of the Technical University of Munich. The campus developed in 1957, began with the commissioning of the first research reactor: The Garching atomic egg.
The campus is located in close proximity to the best research institutions & startups in the region & is an integral part of Munich's technological ecosystem.

The Technical University of Munich has a dedicated sports facility. For each sport, it offers: Aerobics, Badminton, Golf, Judo, Basketball, Volleyball & Soccer.
Among its major facilities, Olympic Park sports complex has made headlines for hosting the Summer Olympics in 1972.
The university also runs TUM Horizon. Its a dedicated programme for the mental well-being of students, as part of which, it offers counselling services as well as workshops with some of the best medical experts in the region.
