Indian students don't always need to take an entrance exam, it depends on the qualifications. UG Students whose HSC is not directly equivalent to the German Abitur, will have to pass an assessment test at a preparatory course (Studienkolleg).
Some PG programs such as Cell and Molecular Biology, Epidemiology, Psychology, and Arts have strict aptitude, interview, or written entrance exam requirements.
To know more, check the specific course requirements on lmu.de

LMU Munich does not serve Indian food regularly at its campus. However, several Asian/Veg cuisines are available on weekly menus. For Indian food, students will likely have to cook their own or look for Indian restaurants in Munich.
There is no shortage of Indian restaurants near LMU Germany. The Indian Room Munich, Indian Love Story Restaurant, and Tikka and Talk are some popular ones. These serve delicious Indian food for EUR 20 to EUR 30 (INR 2.2 K to INR 3.3 K) per meal.
