If it's mass companies irrespective of branch placements is good in NIE.
But if its core companies computer science, information science, electronics & communication branches are very good.
For mechanical also, some of the core companies will come like Benz, Bosch, etc. will come.
Regarding electrical core companies, I don't have any idea.
So, I think you got the overview of NIE placements of CS, IS, EC, ME, branches.
Thank you.

If you are trying for seat in any college through KCET, it's important for you to mention category and also, any special quota like Rural, Hyderabad-Karnataka, etc.
Whichever category you might be, please include your desired college like NIE and branches CS, IS, etc. in the option entry.
Based on category and rank, your seat will be declared.
Thank you

In the last 2 years CS branch has got 100% placement record with the minimum package of 5.5 LPA and maximum of INR. 25 LPA. For this year it might even increase. I don't know about PES. Thank you.

Since you have a special category of HK usually every colleges will be having a seat for it.
Try to apply, if someone has a less rank than you will get a seat, else it would be yours.
Always have hope.
Thank you
