No, without TNEA counselling candidates cannot apply for the BTech/B.E programme at Rathinam Technical Campus. To be eligible for admission to BTech/B.E., the candidates must apply and appear in the counselling round. Additionally, for other courses including M.E., MCA and MBA, it is not mandatory to appear in TNEA counselling.

The TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions) result dates for St. Michael College of Engineering and Technology in 2025 are tentatively scheduled for June 2025. Specifically, the TNEA 2025 process includes a random number assignment in June and certificate verification at TFC's (online) also in June.
