No, without TNEA counselling candidates cannot apply for the BTech programme at Alpha College of Engineering. To be eligible for admission to BTech/B.E., the candidates must apply and appear in the counselling round. Additionally, for other courses including M.E. and MBA, it is not mandatory to appear in TNEA counselling.

No, candidates should have a TNEA rank for a seat in AAA College of Engineering and Technology. Aspirants with a Class 12 score need to participate in TNEA Counselling for seat allotment. The seat are allocated to candidates based on their rank. Selected candidates need to confirm their seat by paying the AAA College of Engineering and Technology fee.

AAA College of Engineering and Technology considers TNEA rank of the candidates for admission in BTech programme. The TNEA rank is calculated based on the Class 12 score of the aspirants. In 2024, last round closing ranks ranged between 57060 and 155395 for the General AI quota. Out of all the BE/B Tech specialisations, the most in-demand was BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering with a closing cutoff rank of 57060.
