Do one full section every few days. Use official ETS samples. Use headphones in a quiet room. Check answers after. Replay hard parts. Review mistakes carefully to improve fast.

Read questions before audio starts. Note key words. Write answers on paper as you hear them. Spelling must be exact. Do not leave blanks. Practice full sections timed.

Listen to American, British, and Australian speakers daily. Use podcasts, news, or TED Talks. Focus on keywords. Practice official samples. Accents become easier with regular exposure.

No same-day results. Official scores take at least 3 days. Unofficial Reading and Listening scores show right after the test ends. Full scores need ETS processing time. Be patient.

Usually, the TOEFL results will come in 3 days for iBT tests. Check your email for the notification. Log in to ETS to see the exact date.

When picking a TOEFL test centre and date, you should think about comfort and timing. Also a bit of planning helps. Choose a centre that is near your home. So you don't get late or stressed on exam day. Long travel can make you tired even before the test starts. Check some reviews if possible. Some centres are good, some not really. Computers, seating, noise level all these things matter a lot.

Check university or visa deadlines first. Finish strong prep 2–4 weeks before the test. Pick a date when you feel ready. Leave buffer time for retakes if needed.

Book 2–3 months early. Peak months like August–November fill fast in India. Early booking gives better centres and dates. Avoid last-minute stress.

Try December to July. These months have more open slots and less competition. Avoid August–November if possible. Early booking gives you better centres and dates. Plan ahead.
