Columbia College admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. However, students can secure an admission with English Language Support at the university with the following ELP scores:
- IELTS: 5.0 or higher (with no individual band scores below 4.0); OR
- TOEFL: 54 or higher (with no subset score below 10); OR
- PTE: 42 or higher (with no subset score lower than 20); OR
- Duolingo: 80 or higher; OR
- ACT: English subset score of 15 or higher; OR
- SAT: Evidence-Based Reading and Writing subset score of 380 or higher.

Webster University admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. However, when students do not meet Webster University's English language requirements, may be granted ESL-contingent acceptance and be placed into appropriate English as a Second Language (ESL) courses.

Yes, the TOEFL cancellation/rescheduling fee is US$60. This fee must be paid before you can cancel or reschedule your test. You can cancel or reschedule your test up to 4 days before your test date. If you cancel or reschedule your test after the 4-day deadline, you will forfeit your entire registration fee.
