It is very difficult to find institutions that offer MS without giving any competitive exams. However, if you search enough you might find one. Recently I have come across a brilliant opportunity which I heard through a close relative of mine. JK Lakshmipat University situated in Jaipur is offering a very interesting programme that gives you an excellent opportunity to do MS at JKLU for one year and the second year in U Mass.
