Hi Urvil, yes you can. You must have a very good SAT score. Very good SOP and LORs will also be required. They will check your overall application package so give your best shot.

The best strategy is to keep taking mock tests regularly. If you have already taken the SAT you know your weak areas. College board has plenty of resources for online study. Revise and keep taking mock tests regularly. Work harder on sections where you scored less and see how can you improve and give 100% to the sections you are confident in. Analyze the results.

If your university is accepting applications until then, then it's okay. You need to first know the admission deadlines and act accordingly.

It seems like you are comparing an Apple with the orange. (#) JEE is the core technical exam required for studying Engineering in India. Wheares GRE & TOEFL is for foreign study (Bachelor's). (#) In general, JEE is quite more difficult because of the syllabus content and the complexity level. So prepare accordingly. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

In this case, they won't be top universities but bottom or mediocre universities. Either, you can check universities in countries like Finland, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Greece etc. These are not the very top most countries but affordable. There is no guarantee moreover that they won't require any of these tests. Or you can check university pathway programs in Canada, Australia and New Zealand which can give you admission. You would be getting the report cards from your school. Just make sure the university you are applying might ask for a character certificate and an affidavit from your school, so make sure you get it as well.
