Yes, but limited. Part-time jobs are allowed only on student visa with university permission. Most get 20 hours per week during term time. Full-time work needs a separate work visa.

Yes, Indian food is available at Amity Dubai. There are many restaurants and cafes for students to hangout in on campus. This includes the Dosa Plaza that offers authentic South Indian food.

Yes, students can transfer from DMU Leicester to its Dubai campus. Students can apply for a transfer by submitting a DMU application form in PDF format to the DMU Uni mail address along with the supporting documents.
Students who meet the conditions below are eligible for a transfer -
- Completed or is in the process of completing the current year of study
- Pass all modules where results have been declared
- Have a clear attendance record in line with the DMU Dubai policy
- Have a clear financial record
- Have no significant issues as per their personal tutor
The university will get back with a transfer decision in a few weeks.
