The ideal time to apply for scholarships in the UK is 8-12 months before the start of your course date. The application deadlines for various scholarships may vary according to the university intakes and courses. Most scholarships require you to apply before the academic year begins. Applying a few months before your college application dates also gives you enough time to prepare a strong scholarship essay and gather all the documents and letters of reference/recommendation.

There are certain British universities that offer full scholarships to Indian students to study in the UK such as The Oxford University, Warwick University, The University of Cambridge, University of Bristol, etc. In order to study a choice of course for free in the UK, Indian students are recommended to apply for the same as soon as possible. They should visit the Universities and College Admissions Service Portal (UCAS) as soon as they get the news of admission and submit their application at the earliest. It will be all the more better if the same is submitted before the deadline approaches.
