The GRE test assesses the applicant's abilities in verbal, quantitative and analytical sections. These tests should not be older than 5 years. And the average GRE accepted at this university is 310 total on the Quant and Verbal sections of the test.

Yes, for the first-year students, the University of Cincinnati offers rolling admissions. But this happens after the Early application deadline at Cincinnati.
The rolling admissions would mean that the applications are reviewed as soon as they are received at this university. The Early application deadline is in November generally.
