University of Huddersfield

Given below are the steps to apply for undergraduate and master's courses at the University of Huddersfield. 

1st step: First of all, decide how you can apply. There are four ways to apply. You can connect with the staff in the university's regional offices, fill the university's direct online application form, apply through a partner agent, or apply through UCAS. 

2nd step: Then, fill in all the details in the application form. The details could include your English language test scores or attaching academic transcripts or CV etc. 

3rd step: After meeting all the requirements, you will be made a conditional offer. 

4th step: Now, accept the offer and pay your deposit. 

5th step: You can use your CAS number to make your student visa application and plan travel.

6th step: Once you have got your visa and made your travel arrangements, the instructions for enrollment will be mailed to you. You can also check the enrollment overview on the applicant portal, MyHud.

Step 1: Click on the new application button. It will ask you to login or create a new account.

Step 2: Create an account if you are a new user or simply login with your saved details, if already registered.

Step 3: Select appropriate options.

Step 4: Fill in all the details and upload the required documents. After filling in all the details, review and submit the application.

The university's standard minimum eligibility requirements for admission to undergraduate courses are Level 3 qualifications from degree-awarding bodies in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Individual course requirements may be higher with minimum scores requirements in particular subject areas. The eligibility requirements for Indian students are as follows:

• UG admissions: Grade 12 passing certificate is required to get admission to an undergraduate programme. The certificate must be awarded by CBSE, CISCE, or metro state boards. If not, students are required to complete a foundation programme.
• PG admissions: Students are required to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 or 2.2, depending on the course.
• Research: Submit a formal application by completing the online research degree application form along with a research proposal.

To get the merit-based scholarships at the University of Huddersrfield, international students are required to meet certain eligibility. These merit-based scholarships award up to GBP 4,000 to international for a range of undergraduate and postgradaute courses. The minimum eligiblity for these scholarships are as follows:

• You need to be an international self-funded student paying full fees
• AAB UK A-Level equivalent (GBP 4,000 award)
• ABB UK A-Level equivalent (GBP 3,000 award)
• General Entry requirements (GBP 2,000)
• Bachelor's with First  (hons) equivalent (GBP 4,000)
• Bachelor's with Upper Second 2.1  (hons) equivalent (GBP 3,000)
