- Undergradaute or postgradute student
- Part time or full-time student
- Study abroad exchange student from an institution outside of Europe arriving in September
- International foundation programme student
- Applied for accommodation by Aug 31 of the year of entry
- Unaccompanied (meaning you are coming without any dependent in UK)

To get the merit-based scholarships at the University of Huddersrfield, international students are required to meet certain eligibility.
