Yes, you can get admission in Mumbai university for B.Tech course through JEE Mains.
But you can get admission in government college if you score more than 90%.
The cut off is always high.

Mumbai University is known to give the students a all the available amenities for convenient & comfortable academics. The college has a virtual classroom, a library, a gym, a canteen, an auditorium, & both indoor & outdoor sporting facilities.
