Yes, the University of Technology Sydney accepts a good number of international studnets every year and also helps them to get their documents done and with the visa process or other necessary assistance. 

As per the University of Technology Sydney official record of 2024, the university has over 13,000 international students out of which more than 51,000  students.

The University of Technology Sydney English language requirement differs as per the course and the department. 

International students who are from non-native English-speaking countries are required to submit their English language proficiency proof as per the minimum scores required at the university.

79–93 overall with a minimum of 21 in the writing section.
