Less number of UG courses are taught in English at Vienna University. But, for those that are available in English, Indian students should have a secondary school leaving certificate. For PG courses admission to the Uni of Vienna, students are required to have a Bachelor's degree. A GMAT / GRE test score may also be required for some courses. With these, IELTS / TOEFL score or German language proficiency test scores have to be submitted too.

Vienna University tutiion fee for Indian students is around INR 2 lakh for UG courses. For PG courses, the tuition fees is between INR 76k - INR 14.45 lakh. Indian students have to pay the living expenses as well which include, housing, food, transportation expenses, other personal expenses, etc. The monthly expenses for Indian students at this university is around EUR 1,200 - EUR 1,230 (Around INR 1.2 lakh).
