A majority of the Master's degree courses at Vienna University are offered in English. More than 30 courses at the Master's level are completely taught in English. At the Bachelor's / Diploma level, only two courses are taught in English. The study areas for the courses taught in English are:

A Bachelor's degree is required for admission to the University of Vienna. A B2 Level of English language proficiency is also required.

The Master's of Data Science course of the Uni of Vienna is of 4 semesters. The language of instruction of this course is English. This course requires knowledge of the English language at level B2. Documents that have to be submitted for admission to this course are CV, proof of English language proficiency, letter of motivation. This course aims to provide a practically oriented and sound education in the field of Data Science.

No, international students are not directly granted work licenses by the University of Vienna.  Applying for a work permit allows international students who have a "Residence Permit – Student" to work up to 20 hours per week.  Despite having this authorization, they are still need to apply for a work permit from the Austrian Public Employment Service (Arbeitsmarktservice - AMS) in order to work at the University of Vienna and as regular university employees.
