Both are at the same level, if you want to clear UPSC. Because, for both the courses, you have to give time. As such, I think economics hons. is almost the most reputed course. But, your choice mixer depend on you. Course wisely. All the best.

Hello,
JEE is Joint Entrance Exam is an entrance exam for engineering after class 12th science while UPSC is Union Public Service Commission. It is an exam conducted by the Government of India for different governmental posts like IAS, IPS, IRS, & many more. One can't compare the level of JEE and UPSC.
UPSC is one of high level exams after graduation.

Yes, it has a residential coaching programme for UPSC and for it, the university conducts an entrance exam.
