There are lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:
Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. Some also set up their own pharmacy. MBA after B. Pharma: Some students pursue MBA after B.Pharma whereas some pursue it after gaining a few years' experience (usually in sales and marketing). Depending upon your talent, qualifications, and how good your MBA school is, students are offered jobs in higher management of pharmaceutical companies. Pharma MBA is also offered by some colleges in India.M.Pharma after B. Pharma: Students interested in academia and R&D take up M.Pharma. M.Pharma can be done in many fields like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, pharmaceutical chemistry, clinical pharmacology, pharmacognosy, biotechnology, etc. M.Pharma graduates either join the industry as scientists or as lecturers in universities. Some M.Pharma students pursue a Ph.D. which is required to become a professor in good Indian universities. A lot of Ph.D. holders also join the industry. (There is a difference between a lecturer and a professor)
MS/PhD after B. Pharma: Motivated students who pursue undergraduate research and gain experience via internships along with good scores in college can apply for MS or even direct Ph.D. programs abroad. GRE and TOEFL/IELTS may be required depending upon the country and university. The competition is usually very cutthroat as you are competing with applicants from all over the world.LLB after B. Pharma: This is a very uncommon route. Some B.Pharma graduates pursue LL.B and become lawyers. They usually later specialize in pharmaceutical jurisprudence, intellectual property law, patents, etc. Hope this helps.

To be frank, it is not that easy to get a call from outside India on the basis of CFA level 2. The majority of Indians who work in US are either Software Engineers or stay there on H1B visa or have done their Masters/higher education there and are placed through campus. I know lot of people who have completed CFA but aren't able to get into a relevant profile within India itself. On the other side, I have also come across people who are graduates and after working for more than 78 years in a descent profile at Investment Bank by starting from scratch and after getting promoted to senior roles have moved outside India by taking lateral movement. Secondly, moving to United States isn't that easy, because their H1B visa rules are very stringent. They will hire people from outside US only, if they can't find people with required talent within the country. If you are too keen to move outside India, I would suggest you to apply at any Investment banks like Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse or Goldman Sachs in India. Work hard and prove yourself to an extent that your performance is visible and appreciated within onshore and the offshore team. Create good contacts and relationships with the higher management, which will help you to take a lateral movement whenever there is an opportunity outside India.
