MBBS programs are highly competitive. To study in the UK take the UKCAT exams, you must also have around 75% and more to be eligible for admissions. IELTS is necessary. US and Canada have different processes for MBBS applicants must complete an undergraduate degree in biological sciences, take the MCAT and seek admissions into a medical school to commence the MD programme. Typically, when you are applying for UG programs abroad, the university will consider you for a scholarship by default at the time of admission. In some case, you need to specify the same in your form. It's all given on the merit basis. Your profile seems good. You must now aim for a very high SAT score (above 1400) to get a chance for the scholarship. You should also note that a full scholarship is very difficult for international students, they hardly give full funding unless you have more than 95% or so in your academics and some brilliant extracurriculars. It is possible but a very complicated possibility. You have to meet admission requirements and satisfy credit point norms for the year you want the transfer. Financial aid is less possible. You should start enquiring with universities directly and check the norms. You should bear in mind that these processes may take time and may eventually lead to year loss. So check the requirements, pros and cons and decide.
