You can apply for the it your 12th standard. You will need following things
1) You have to take SAT and TOEFL exam.
2) Highschool transcript
3) Recommendation letter from counselor and teachers
4) Extracurricular activities.

All colleges have different requirements. If they take admission based on merit, you need to have a good score to be eligible. Don't aim for just to eligible. But if you are seeking admission through exam, then I would suggest not falling below 55%+.

For studying UG in America, you have to take SAT/ACT and TOEFL exam. Also, some universities ask for SAT subject test.

Hi,
Lateral entry admissions are not very common and difficult for international students. You have to check with the universities directly, they will check your credit point requirements and other requirements for transfer.

Hi, take an education loan from banks like SBI, PNB etc. , the loan covers tuition and living expenses. You can get scholarships but they are gjven by the universities and they select students on merit, they will evaluate your marks, extracurricular activities etc. And choose. Full scholarship is also difficult.

Hi, any reputed B-school worldwide will ask for work experience post Bachelors degree and very good GMAT score. You need to prepare these. Recommended work experience is 2-3 years.
