Admissions for MS in USA is normally based on your academics but it's not only this. There are many other things that too are considered. Proficiency in English, your previous academic records, etc. There are many nuances. It is best if you could approach an agency that deals with sending students to the USA.

Hi Ripunjay, almost every university accepts, however some universities give more preference to TOEFL than IELTS. You will find it on the websites. It is difficult to list out particular names out of almost 5000 universities in USA. See here and check the requirements!

You have to take the GRE or GMAT ad TOEFL to pursue your PG in USA. Different universities have different admission requirements and the average test score requirements so you have to start visiting university websites for all these information including deadlines etc. Start preparing atleast a year ahead of the intakes, the application process takes time so you have to start early.

Such information are not exclusively available to public and it is also advisable you enquire these type of queries directly to the concerned. Please email WES assistance and find out. They will evaluate if required and give you the foreign equivalency of your degree.

MIT gives scholarships on financial need that is they will check the financial background and verify. They don't conduct any tests as such. You have to apply for financial aid and you will be considered automatically for scholarship when you apply. Please check their website for the process. It is different for international students so check the appropriate links. Here is the link for your help
