With 42%, the only possible options are extremely low grade universities, you will not be granted a visa and might be even deported back to India, such is the situation. This is not to demotivate you, but you need to be aware of the reality outside. Check for options in India, if you do well in engineering and score above 55%, you may consider going abroad.
All the best.

Hi Sourabh,
GMAT is mainly required to apply for MBA programs abroad. You need to prepare as per your own convenient schedule, weakness and strengths, revise and practice. Visit the GMAT website first, you will find a number of online materials and study tips.

Hi Mrityunjay,
To get into a good university, you must target a GMAT score of 700 and more. A first class in Bachelor's degree is recommended. Visit a few university websites and go through the admission requirements page to understand the requirements. Every university has different criteria for admissions.

You can go for full-time undergraduate degree or undergraduate Diploma. You can't apply for post-graduate degree because you need to have an undergraduate degree first to do that.

There can be some issues in the visa process, it would be best if you do something related to your B.Tech branch or something related to your core subjects, then it will be easy.
Good luck.

It is not necessary to be fluent in English. You will soon learn the accent there. You need to focus on education, the college and your interest.
All the best.
