Amount of Rs.20 lacs is to be shown in the account, but you can take it back as soon as you take a class there. Yes, last 3 years of ITR is required. You need to consult an experienced visa consultant for that.

You need to score high in GRE and IELTS/TOEFL. You can prefer TOEFL for USA and IELTS for UK.

You can appear for GRE and TOEFL/IELTS exam. You need to score high in both the exams. This is the primary criteria, if university have its own unique criteria, then you can check their website.

Hello Arawin,
Europe is known for it's architecture. Even America has world's best universities in architecture. However, if you are planning to work then I would suggest you to choose America as you have plenty of job opportunities and also there will be no language barrier in America unlike Europe.

You need not worry about the Teacher Report. Please register yourself on Common App, the college will invite your teachers to submit the recommendation form. However keep your school counselors informed. 2 teacher evaluations are required. Remember you need to add colleges you desire to apply on Common App portal. Once you add them detailed information and requirements will be displayed. Good Luck.

It is 60% for CBSE board and at least 70% in PSEB, in order to go abroad and study in a college. But, if you want to get in a good university, then you need to get 80% in CBSE and 85% in PSEB. You have to appear for IELTS also.

This varies from one school to another. In terms of general understanding, an MS tends to require 30 graduate credits along with a thesis or rarely an applied project. Typically, this is aimed by candidates intending to further work on a doctorate or with keen interest in research work.
On the contrary ME /M.Eng tends to be focused in meeting needs of engineering intending to further broaden their knowledge and tends to be often a mixture of engineering and business class.
