You must take the GMAT or GRE and not CMAT to pursue MBA in USA or any country abroad.

5 band is a little low score. Even if you get accepted to a university with this score, you might face problems during your visa interview as the visa official may reject your application based on your IELTS band.

USA has better universities for CSE in comparison to Australian universities. But to get a work visa is difficult in USA in comparison with Australia. With long term onsite job perspective, I will recommend CSE at Australia over USA.
