You must take the GRE and TOEFL, a good score in GRE is important as it is one of the deciding factors. Depending on the program and university there might be other requirements too. You must also check if the university accepts three years Bachelor degree from India, most of them requires 16 years education.

If you intend to study and return, then USA/UK/Singapore is the best. If you intend to settle overseas then countries like Australia/Canada/Ireland could be better.

For USA:
1. Michigan State University.
2. Indiana University.

You will need SAT and TOEFL for it.
While UK does not offer post work visa:
1. University of Bristol.
2. University of Leeds, Nottingham, etc. are the good ones.
