Studying medicine is really difficult in US for international students as the universities give preference to American citizens for medical courses. So, international students getting admitted to an MD course are very rare.

You should appear for two exams - GRE and TOEFL ,then you can apply for the preferred university, but after your M.Tech, you are eligible for Ph.D, so go for that ,don't waste your time and money.

You can do aerospace engineering both in India and abroad. Cost of education abroad will be very high.

You should score above 80 to 85% in class 12th and then score well in SAT and TOEFL.

Ideally, you are eligible for any Masters related to subjects, which you have studied in textile like material science, chemical, etc.
Georgia Tech and NYU offers MS in computer science.
