The main campus of TAMUK occupies around 250 acres and the University Farm occupies 545 acres of land. In all, TAMUK has more than 1,600 acres of land located at 13 different sites. The university operates sites specifically dedicated to research including the Citrus Center, a Marine Sciences Ecology Research area on Baffin Bay, a wildlife part on the north edge of the main campus and natural wildlife habitat about 3 miles south of the main campus.
